Despite a history of childhood sexual assault, institutional racism, domestic violence, divorce and single parenting, Trish is a happiness expert.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, she’s a certified life coach, yoga and meditation instructor and reiki practitioner.

Trish is the founder of Mind-Blowing Happiness and Black Vegan Life, and the author of three self-help books including the recently released 12 Steps to Mind-Blowing Happiness.
